Half term will be upon us in less than a week's time, and there are a few local activities occurring in Glastonbury that should keep the little terrors occupied in Halloween week.

Apple Day at the Rural Life Museum
At the Children's Centre in Benedict Street, from Monday 24th to Friday 28th October, Family Connections has a week of free activities running suitable for children under 16 years of age (although a parent or guardian must accompany all children).
In three hour sessions (running from 9.30am-12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm) kids can discover film making (Mon, Tues and Thurs), animation (on, Tues and Wed), digital photography (Wed, Thurs and Fri) and internet safety (Fri only). All equipment and materials will be provided and no prior experience is required. Free transport for those in the area can be provided, as well as free lunch and a crèche if necessary. A support worker or translator/signer can also be made available if you advise of your needs when reserving a place.
