Thieves steal wood chipper at Thomas Way, Glastonbury

Police are appealing for information following the theft of a wood chipper in Glastonbury.

A wood chipper was stolen from an industrial unit on Thomas Way, Glastonbury, at some point between noon, Saturday 26 January and 7am this morning (Monday 28 January).

Several gas canisters were also stolen from the unit.

The wood chipper was Timberwold 30/150DH and its serial number is 207151005A4 and is has "Chip 4" and "YHC" stencilled on the sides.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed the burglary or who has been offered the machine for sale to contact them on 101.

Alternatively those with information can phone the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
