Improve service at the KFC - demand it, you are paying for it!
We have without a doubt one of the worst KFC's in the UK.
Call there any time after lunch, the floor and tables will not be clean inside or out, if you want a clean clear table you will have to clean it yourself.
Even at quieter times you will have to queue much longer than is acceptable, due to the drive through service being so slow, resulting in people using the counter for take-aways.
If you want salt, serviettes, wipes or straws the majority of dispensers will be empty.
The latest problem really takes the mickey - it is now against company policy to allow customers to select what cut of meat they require!
Our latest order was for 4 mixed chicken meals and one meal of white meat only as the family member does not eat leg or thigh meat - this was refused, the manager was called and was blatently rude, I suggested that as the other 4 people did not mind what cut they recieved, it should not be a problem to supply one meal with all white meat - this was refused
(on our previous visit we had had a similar problem as ALL the meat supplied was thigh and leg, with the exception of one wing portion, which made it impossible to swap the meat between us!)
Result KFC has lost the custom of an entire family, we now drive to Weston and recieve a loyalty discount from Miss Millies - no complaints at all
