Europe's oldest surviving story of King Arthur will be re-told in Glastonbury on Friday 11 October when Adverse Camber brings its acclaimed words and music show Hunting the Giant's Daughter to the Red Brick Building, Morland Road, Glastonbury, BA6 9FT, (7.30pm start)
The show is based on an adventure-filled quest for true love that comes from the ancient Celtic text of The Mabinogion and contains the earliest known reference to Arthur and his warrior knights, dating from the 1200 or earlier.
