Reiki Workshop Level 1 & 2

Hi my name is Sol. I am hosting a Reiki Healing Workshop Level 1 & 2 on Saturday 31ST July 10am-4pm & Sunday 1ST of August 11am-4pm, 2010.

I have been practising Reiki Healing for at least 15 years. Even though this is a weekend workshop there will be ongoing monthly training days throughout the year, deepening our Reiki learnng and a weekly Reiki Share Monday evenings at the above address 7-9pm.

You are welcome to attend if you have done level 1 already. You are also welcome to contact me if you would like to study level 3 Reiki.

All participants will receive on this coming workshop:

The first two CDs contain various commentary tracks that take you through the essential points of Reiki at level 1 and level 2.

The "Reiki Meditations" CD contains four guided meditations suitable for people at level 1 & Level 2: you are talked through:

* Hatsurei ho (daily energy exercises used in Japanese Reiki)
* A self-treatment meditation that Usui Sensei taught to his students
* A distant healing session that can be used by Reiki 1 students and Reiki 2 students.
* A symbol meditation

The "Talking you through a Reiki treatment" CD lasts for just under 1 hour and you are guided to carry out a full treatment on someone who is lying on a treatment couch. You are walked through and guided through the hand positions, with gentle meditative music in the background.

The cost of the weekend workshop is £150
