Some time between 16.30 and 18.30 on 22 March, unknown offender gained entry to a Peugeot 306 that was parked in Wellhouse Lane, Glastonbury. A number of items were stolen from within the vehicle.

In a similar incident between 16.45 and 17.30 on 22 March, entry was gained to a Vauxhall Astra parked in Stonedown Lane, Glastonbury. A window was smashed and a handbag was stolen from the passenger footwell. Please remember to never leave any items on display in an unattended vehicle.

Some time on 23/24 March, unknown offender(s) removed front and back number plates from a Peugeot Partner motor vehicle at Dowdens Motors, Beckery Road, Glastonbury.

A 25 year old male from Glastonbury has been arrested and bailed on suspicion of possession of a Class A drug found on 22 March.

Some time between 11-14 March, unknown offender(s) have used silver and gold paint to graffiti on the garage door of a property in Rowley Road, Glastonbury.

Some time between 18.00 on 22 March and 19.30 on 23 March, 160 litres of fuel were stolen from a piece of farm machinery parked at a farm in Tuckers Lane, Baltonsborough.

Street

At approx 23.55 on 23 March, unknown offender(s) gained entry to a block at Strode College, Street, by removing a window pane from its frame. A number of Apple computers were stolen from one of the classrooms.

A 21 year old male from Glastonbury received a street caution after being found in possession of a small amount of cannabis matter on 22 March in Quarry Batch, Street.

At 03.00 on 22 March, a Leyland Daf Roadrunner horse carrier with living accommodation parked in a field in Brooks Road, Street was set on fire by person(s) unknown. It has been completely destroyed and caused damage to an overhanging tree.

Some time between 21.00 on 22 March and 11.00 on 23 March, two pedal cycles were stolen from High Street, Street. The cycles had been chained to railings but the chains were cut through and the cycles stolen.

A 20 year old male from Stoke St Michael has received a fixed penalty fine for stealing an electric toaster from Sainsbury's Supermarket, Gravenchon Way, Street on 23 March.
