Good service, advice and friendly staff

I started using Rapsons a couple of years ago. I have absolute no clue when it comes to cars, and have to place complete faith in any mechanic, although having always been a bit nervous / suspicious of car mechanic services in the past after hearing so many horror stories about being ripped off. The people at Rapsons are really efficient and when work has been neessary, have advised beforehand, offering different price solutions and taking time to explain things very carefully to a numpty like me!
