My cat was taken in as a stray, and turned out to have a fair few health complications as a result. OVG have taken very good care of him since we've had him, and always been happy to give us a bit of advice or reassurance when it's needed. Reasonably sure that without their expertise, and kitty's rather tenacious spirit, he wouldn't be with us now.

Excellent Friendly Efficient
Took our young male cats to OVG to have 'the op' - prior to that one of our kitties (namely Alf Skitten) had managed to scuff his nose and acquire a limp - not the best look for a handsome cat-about-town but with no clue as to how he had done so, off he went to OVG. Really helpful informative staff, who phone with every detail about costs, procedure, timings and of course, welfare. Vets aren't cheap, but OVG makes every penny worthwhile.

Helpful, friendly staff
I phoned to make some enquiries about our young pussy cats and was impressed by the nice man who took time to patiently explain everything associated with them having their knackers removed, innoculations, micro chipping, the costs, procedure, time scales, cat basket hire......all in all I feel confident in taking our prized ******* to this practice and leaving their wotsits in capable hands.
