It's quite difficult to find fault with the Burns bakery, which has three outlets now in Glast, Street and Wells. The products are generally gorgeous 9although naturallu I haven't managed to sample everything as much as I am trying to) for me, the best thing about Burns is the quality of the bread - absolutely gorgeous range of traditional and artisan style loaves, from white split tin to spelt and pumpkin seed - it's just very good bread! And lovely pastries, pasties and more.
