It's easy to overlook some of our local shops, when we walk / drive past them every day and suddenly become invisible due to familiarity. This shop can be like that for me, but there are times when I need to surce something as a gift, this will turn up just the right thing. It's wonderful for buying small children presnts as all products are manufactured from organic, fair trade cottons which make them easy to present to babies and children. Soft toys, little dresses and bags, bedding and accessories are all lovely, with gentle colours and designs. Similarly, the adult clothing range is lovely, often unusual and their bedding and range of other products good too. It's not cheap, but it's very good quality and ethically produced so worth paying a little bit extra.

Bishopston Trading Company in Glastonbury High Street is an ethically-minded clothing company that only sells garments manufactured according to strict fair trade standards. They sell a range of casual and formal clothing for men, women and children. If you care about where your clothes come from then this is the place to shop.
This shop at the bottom of Glastonbury High Street specialises mainly in women's clothes, although it does also stock accessories, toys, card and bedding. It is a store that trades in fair trade certified organic produce imported directly from Northern India and is a member of the British Association of Fair Trade Shops.
Not the largest shop in town it is nevertheless well stocked and can keep you browsing for a good while, safe in the knowledge that any purchases you make are ethically produced.
