I went here to buy a rose bush as a birthday present - I had done so previously and was delighted with the 'Golden Shower' I was lucky enough to find - what a treat! This time I was a little disappointed in the range but did find a suitable bloom which was a hybrid called Amazing Grace. Not bad, could be better.

excellent groceries
If Nobody has been yet, and i know it's a bit of hike if your car less or a non driver but oaklands garden centre, off the street roundabout is selling some excellent organic groceries which is very reasonably priced. also they have a half price sale on monday afternoons, this is, i imagine when they change the stock over. and the staff are ever so friendly
