I joined in January and was aphrensive after a bad experience at another local gym but as soon as I arrived any doubts I had soon disappeared. The staff were warm and welcoming and put me together a great programme. I have lost just under a stone since I started and as well as the gym I am now confident enough to take part in Zumba and legs bums and tums.

We are situated at St Dunstans School. We have a fitness suite, sports hall, tennis courts and we offer some fantastic best exercise classes

Great range of classes and activities

I've started attending Pilates here, one of a few pilates sessions that are held here each week, and the instructor is excellent. The staff in general are very warm, friendly and helpful, and pleased to talk you through any of the fitness options that are available.There is a well equipped gym, as well as various sporting activities to try, from fencing to martial arts, spinning, pilates and zumba. Memberships are available which make it more economical if you attend regularly.
