Disappointed

Initially Dan seemed brilliant, and we agreed a scheme of works and reasonable quotation to remove an old gas fire and safely open up our chimney to replace with the a real fire. Halfway through the work, we settled up financially for the work done to date, and never saw Dan again. He promised to return several times, but never did. Now we are left high and dry with an incomplete job. Very disappointed.
